Douglas Falk

My name is Douglas Falk. I was born in the city of Helsingborg in 1937.
Despite my first name - which is Scottish - I am Swedish. My family tree goes back to 1620 and the town of Falkenberg on the Swedish West Coast is the origin.

I have been a general surgeon. Thanks to my profession I have had the opportunity to work in several countries like the USA, Norway, Saudi-Arabia, Lebanon and Afganistan. My oldest son is married to a woman from Algeria and my youngest son is married to a Spanish woman. I have four grandchildren. Three of them live in Plaisir, France and one of them in Laholm, Sweden.

Let there be no doubt: my family is my treasure and love, but since this home-page is dedicated to a special dog I will have her as my main subject for discussion.
